                              RESOLUTION NO. 21490
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH HAMILTON COUNTY,
                 RELATIVE TO THE USE OF THE OLD CITICO CREEK
                 PUMP STATION AS A MAINTENANCE FACILITY/RANGER
                 STATION FOR THE RIVERWALK.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Interlocal Agreement with Hamilton County,
       relative to the use of the Old Citico Creek Pump Station as a
       maintenance facility/ranger station for the Riverwalk.
